Every bag we sell passes through the same three stages — wood, fire, charcoal — inside our own facility.
01 — Raw material
Wood
We source and prepare wood before it ever reaches the kiln. Nothing is bought pre-processed — preparation happens on-site.
02 — Transformation
Fire
Wood is carbonised in our steel kilns. This is the slowest, most closely watched stage — get it wrong and the batch is lost.
03 — Finished product
Charcoal
What comes out is sorted, bagged and heat-sealed by hand before it leaves our warehouse.
